Circuito de aguas en horario exclusivo para hu\u00e9spedes de martes a s\u00e1bado de 19:00 a 22:00 hrs (19:00 a 21:45 en horario de invierno).&nbsp;<strong>D\u00edas de apertura al p\u00fablico de martes a s\u00e1bado. D\u00edas domingo s\u00f3lo abierto para realizar check out.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The service, or gift card valid for the purchased service,&nbsp;<em><strong>It is valid for 60 days to be reserved<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;desde la fecha en que se realiz\u00f3 la compra. For security reasons,<em>&nbsp;<strong>Children under 16 are not permitted to enter the massage room and water circuit area of the Spa.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li>We love animals but we offer services oriented to the well-being of all people, therefore&nbsp;<em><strong>Pets are not allowed in the establishment.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li>It must be maintained&nbsp;<em><strong>telephone and other electronic components silently<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;while within our facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Any medical condition, pregnancy, or allergy should be reported to our reception staff and therapists.<\/li>\n<li>Saturday reservations&nbsp;<em><strong>They cannot be rescheduled for another Saturday.<\/strong>.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Services purchased with&nbsp;<em><strong>Promotional prices cannot be booked on Saturdays.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Gift of services and Gift Card Formats:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>VIRTUAL GIFT CARD (generated on the website)<\/strong>: Each service offered through our website can be purchased as a Virtual Gift Card.\n<ul>\n<li>It can be delivered to the gift recipient&#039;s email address. If the recipient&#039;s email address is not filled out, the virtual gift card will be sent to the purchaser&#039;s email address. The email will only be sent to one email address, not both.<\/li>\n<li>The email with the gift card contains a code that must be redeemed for the corresponding service.<\/li>\n<li>The email with the Gift Card code will be received within 15 minutes. If for any reason you or the recipient do not receive the virtual gift card, please notify us by email by copying the following emails: sothers@gmail.com and recepcion@sparoysothers.cl<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>This gift card is automatically generated after payment and will be sent to the email address you provided. If you don&#039;t find your gift card in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.<\/strong>.<br><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>VIRTUAL GIFT CARD REQUEST<\/strong>: In case you want to give a gift for a purchase that you made for yourself, or a purchase that you mistakenly did not generate as a virtual gift card on our website, you must send the full name and email of the gift recipient.<strong>*<\/strong>This request must be made by email, copying it to the following email addresses: sothers@gmail.com and recepcion@sparoysothers.cl\n<ul>\n<li><strong>*<\/strong>We will not accept a reservation for someone other than the cardholder unless it is a gift card and we have the recipient&#039;s information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>GIFT CERTIFICATE (Physical Card)<\/strong>If you prefer, you can visit the Spa reception and request a physical gift card. If you&#039;d like to exchange a virtual gift card for a physical card, we&#039;ll write the code received on the card so it can be redeemed by the gift recipient.<\/li>\n<li><strong>FIXED AMOUNT GIFT CARD<\/strong>: Fixed-amount gift cards ($30,000, $60,000, and $100,000) can be redeemed for any of our services and products.\n<ul>\n<li>These cards must be used for a single purchase; there cannot be any outstanding balance on the card.<\/li>\n<li>If the service or product is worth more than the amount on the card, you must hand in the gift card and pay the difference to complete the purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3>For reservation schedule changes:<\/h3>\n<p>Out of respect for our therapists, reception staff, and other clients waiting for availability for their sessions, we require the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>A maximum of two schedule changes are allowed.<\/strong><\/em>, from the original reservation.<\/li>\n<li>Any schedule change and\/or absence&nbsp;<em><strong>must be notified at least 24 hours in advance<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/em>through our means of contact.<\/li>\n<li>If the reservation is on a Saturday and a change is requested,&nbsp;<em><strong>cannot be rescheduled for a Saturday<\/strong>.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Failure to attend a session without prior notice<\/strong><\/em>, within the 24 hours mentioned in the previous point, will be considered as &quot;Assistance&quot; to the service. This is the total duration; the client is responsible for adhering to the program schedule to ensure the spa experience is not disrupted.<\/li>\n<li>Maressenza programs include the complete water circuit, that is: heated pool, sauna and hot tub (jacuzzi)<\/li>\n<li>The services included in Maressenza, whether massages or other procedures performed by our therapists, must be performed within the schedule established in the program.<\/li>\n<li>The time for these services will be assigned by the Spa, within the program period and based on therapist availability. If for any reason the client cannot arrive by check-in time, they must contact the Spa to discuss alternatives to modify the included massage schedule.<\/li>\n<li>The time and schedule for use of the water circuit, which includes a heated pool, sauna, and hot tub (jacuzzi), must be coordinated with the Spa.
