QUESTIONS
FREQUENT
If I'm pregnant, can I enter the heated pool?
Yes, there are some guidelines. The pool water is 32°C. For pregnant women, it's recommended to stay in the pool for no more than 30 minutes. Additionally, it's not recommended if you're less than 12 weeks pregnant, or more than 37 weeks pregnant.
What should I bring or how should I prepare for the massage?
You just need to come in comfortable clothing. We'll provide a robe, towels, and everything you need. Arrive early enough to start your massage session relaxed and not waste time. Remember to bring a swimsuit and sandals if you'll be using the heated pool an hour before your massage.
Can I choose the intensity of the massage?
Of course! Our therapists adjust the pressure to your preference: light, medium, or firm. Muscle-relieving massages may cause some discomfort in very tense areas, but they are performed carefully to ensure it is effective and comfortable. You can always indicate how you feel during the session.
Are there any contraindications to receiving a massage?
Yes, some conditions such as fever, infections, recent fractures, serious circulatory problems, or pregnancy at high risk may be restrictions. It's always a good idea to inform your therapist about your health status.
